Internship Day 11

Wednesday was a crazy day due to the student's Valentine's Day party, which just allowed them to be super hyper all day long. For their snack, they were given lollipops, skittles, Oreos and goldfish but the sugar mixed with their natural energy just allowed them to go out of control! Since the teachers didn't have anything planned for the day lesson wise, they basically took them outside for almost the entire day to run of the energy. I think that the students also had a good day because that was the first time in weeks that they have been able to go outside and actually do things that they want to. For example, the minute that we stepped on the playground, one of the students started screaming in happiness which is something they definitely would not be able to do indoors. I can tell that they really needed that day and it was a good day overall!
